Kamilla Ladka holds a Master degree in Private Law, from the University Robert Schuman in Strasbourg and completed a postgraduate degree in Criminal Sciences in 1997. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1998.
Founding member of LADKA & PETOUD PARTNERS in 2005, she previously worked with a number of law firms in Luxembourg, which allowed her to gain a solid experience as a Court Lawyer.
Kamilla Ladka is regularly vested with the mandate of official liquidator or trustee within collective procedures in Luxembourg. A good knowledge of companies’ operations led her to be particularly active in litigation and corporate law (incorporation, domiciliation, establishment permit). She also practices civil litigation in family law (inheritance, divorce), employment law, property and construction law, liability law, contract law and enforcement.
Kamilla Ladka also benefits from both a national and international professional network to enable her to meet all tax matters (counseling, fiscal litigation, revenue tax) or to relate her customers, if necessary, to key expert partners for specific matters.
She welcomes her clients in French, English, Polish and German.
